First Venture Associates, Inc., is looking for a self-motivated, ethical professional to learn Business Brokerage.  It is a recession proof career that pays top commissions in a specialized area of Real Estate.  Applicants must have experience in business management or have owned their own business and an active Real Estate license.  Business Brokers should average $50,000 their first year and double that in their second or third year, with many exceeding that success rate.

To be a Business Broker in the State of Florida , one must hold a Florida real estate license. This can be accomplished in 60 days or less.  It is extremely important place your license with a Brokerage that will teach you how to be successful in the business.  Practically one should have 6 months living expenses in reserve to see you through the learning curve and the time necessary to complete the marketing cycle.
